The little things

It’s amazing what a good nights sleep, a home cooked meal, and a few hours of chakra focused meditation will do to improve one’s outlook on life.

After a rushed week of not eating at home, a busy weekend of not seeing my husband, an intense visit with family…I was off kilter.

I awoke this morning feeling much more like myself. I have some yard work and homework and I’m going to take my camera into the woods later this afternoon. Just me and the trees.

  1. I can relate to your description totally, even though you are in North Carolina, and I am in Wiltshire, UK. Living in a natural place, where you can feel grounded and nourished, and taking the time to reconnect with nature, seriously matters!
